To support these operations, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is levied upon the acceptance of each manuscript, with reduced rates available for authors affiliated with institutions in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) as defined by the World Bank. Each submission undergoes a rigorous single-blind peer-review process overseen by an international Editorial Board of recognized subject-matter experts. Furthermore, all published content is committed to long-term digital preservation through services including CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network.
